At Elite Craft Jewels by BB Creation, each jewellery piece is handcrafted with care, precision, and attention to detail. We strive to ensure that every order meets our quality standards and your expectations.

Returns

As our products are handcrafted and made with meticulous workmanship, we do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preferences, or incorrect selections made during purchase.

Returns will only be considered if:

- The product received is damaged during transit.

- The wrong product has been delivered

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged within 2 days of delivery under the following conditions:

- The product is unused and in its original condition.

- Original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact.

- A valid proof of purchase is provided.

Mandatory 360-degree Unboxing Video

To process any return or exchange request, customers must provide:

- A clear 360-degree unboxing video.

- The video must begin before opening the package and continue without any cuts or edits.

- The issue must be clearly visible in the video.

Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for return or exchange consideration.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Customized or personalized jewellery.

- Products purchased during special sales or promotional offers.

- Items damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

- Minor variations in color, design, or finish that may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the product.

Exchange Approval Process

Once your request is received, our team will review the details and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, instructions for the exchange process will be provided.

Refunds

If an exchange is not possible due to product availability, an appropriate refund or store credit may be offered at the sole discretion of Elite Craft Jewels by BB Creation.
